Service Description
Sunday 12.22 2-4:30 pm Ages 11-14 8 children max, 5 min Location: 629 S Grove Ave Join Chef Kristi in the Slowfire Kitchen to learn how to make a gingerbread house from scratch. We will make gingerbread dough, roll out and cut the pieces, and bake. Then we will learn how to make royal icing to “glue” together the pieces and decorate our own masterpieces to take home to friends and family! Keep the mess out of your house and let us handle this wonderful holiday tradition! All materials included and student will leave with their house. With a low Student/Teacher ratio, comprised of dedicated teachers and professors, the student class size is perfect to advance skillsets, while also creating a safe learning environment. While we teach excellent technique and form, we also aim to empower students in their authentic voice/artistry. Our teaching styles are inclusive and welcoming. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly space. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the start of the class will not be refunded. *A $20 late fee will be charged if a student is picked up more than 15min late
