Anime Eats: Snacks & Treats from Your Favorite Films! Love anime and Miyazaki movies? Now you can taste the magic! In this exciting class, you’ll recreate iconic snacks and treats straight from your favorite scenes. ✨ Slurp up delicious ramen just like Naruto. 🍱 Craft colorful bento boxes worthy of a Studio Ghibli picnic. 🍙 Shape perfect onigiri (rice balls) that Totoro would approve of. 🍰 Whip up fluffy Japanese cheesecake that melts in your mouth. 🍡 Roll your own mochi for a sweet, chewy finish! Get ready to bring the flavors of anime to life in every bite! With small class size of no more than 6 students, each student will get plenty of individual attention. Let’s make something amazing! JULY 21-25 1-5pm Chef Kristi Location: 629 S Grove Ave, Oak Park Ages 10-14 Max: 6 students We are a tech free zone and ask that campers not bring handheld gaming devices. Any cell phones or Apple Watches should be tucked away in a backpack. With a low Student/Teacher ratio, comprised of dedicated teachers and professors, the student class size is perfect to advance skillsets, while also creating a safe learning environment. While we teach excellent technique and form, we also aim to empower students in their authentic voice/artistry. Our teaching styles are inclusive and welcoming. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly space. To secure your spot in camp, a $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required. The remaining balance will be invoiced on May 1. If the balance is not paid by May 10, the student’s spot in camp will be forfeited.
