Student of the week: Sofia!

Sofia has been an SF student for 2.5 years! She loves wheel throwing and sculpting and has been working on combining both of these interests to create one of a kind pieces.

Sofia is also very talented at painting and drawing and will explore just about any medium.

Sofia has worked with Joss, Laura, and Noelle and is currently taking a hybrid wheel/sculpture class with Alice. Sofia also helps us out in the studio! She assists Alice in class when there are alot of beginners on the wheel. Sofi also helps Noelle with handbuilding as needed.

Fun fact: I met Sofia when she was a toddler because I had her mom, Nora in class at Dominican University!
